Our certified speech pathologists have expertise and experience in treating communication and swallowing disorders. Under the direction of the physician, they provide the following services:
- Evaluation of therapy needs
- Treatment for language disorders, aphasia, speech articulation deficits, and voice disorders
- Establishment of augmentative communication systems
- Treatment for dysphagia and swallowing retraining
- Cognitive retraining, including memory and problem solving
- Patient and family education.
