United Home Health Services has been serving the community for 27 years. Five dedicated women professionals, including three nurses, a social worker, and a psychiatrist, established UHHS in 1983. This group of professionals identified the need to make a difference in home health care and collaborated on a common vision. Their goal was to improve the lives and outcomes of patients in the community by providing quality home health care. From humble beginnings in a small office in Brighton, UHHS has grown into an agency that competes at the state and national level and has earned its reputation for excellence through hard work, diligence, and a long-standing commitment to outstanding patient care.
United Home Health Services began its affiliation with Garden City Hospital in 1986. UHHS continues to work closely with Garden City Hospital to provide patients with the highest quality home care services available.
